Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine filling ingredients; place into 9” x 13” baking dish.
  3. Combine sugar, cinnamon for topping.
  4. Peel sheet of phyllo, lay flat on work surface. Brush top with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Lightly scrunch up the phyllo sheet and place it on top of the fruit.
  6. Repeat #4 and #5 until the whole dish is covered.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until fruit is bubbly and phyllo is golden brown and crispy.
