Extruder Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (250 g) semolina flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) water
Steps
- Combine semolina, beaten eggs, and water. Mix to make a stiff dough. Knead for a minute or so until dough comes together, adding semolina if necessary.
- Bring a large pot of heavily-salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender (approximately 3-5 minutes).
