Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
- 0.5 lbs chicken breast, cut to about 0.5” thick
- 6 slices prosciutto
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Preheat the broiler (at “low”).
- Trim fat, connective tissue from chicken breast.
- Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides.
- Lay three slices of prosciutto together so that the wide ends overlap slightly.
- Place half the chicken onto the prosciutto and wrap the slices over the chicken to seal.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining prosciutto and chicken.
- Place on a baking sheet and into the oven for 13-15 minutes.
- Remove chicken bundles from baking sheet. Slice each bundle into three pieces. Drizzle with the juice that collected on the baking sheet.
